A. Place the Battery Pac  in a convenient out of the way location.
B. Take the  Recharger and plug it into a wall outlet (120V AC or if modified  220VAC.), plug the other end into the  adapter and that adapter into 
the Battery Pac, ( the same connector as the Camera Head is normally
  attached to.
C. The appropriate lights on the recharger will indicate proper condition.

WARRANTY:  One year for parts and labor. 

Some options available may  be manufactured  by other manufacturers .  All warranty cards are provided. All warranty cards must be filled and returned, to initialize each individual warranty. They each stipulate the warranty period.
